Q: Do I have to order through the website?
A: Of course not, we love to speak directly to our customers any time. Just give us a call, we are in the office Monday through Friday 10:00 to 5:00 Central time.
Q: What if I don't have artwork ready for my order?
A: You may continue to place your order without artwork. Simply check the box on the art page that you will email art to us directly. We will contact you and assist in developing just the right imprint for your product.
Q: What are the preferred formats to submit my artwork in?
A: We operate on a Windows based system and use CorelDRAW X4 for all our art. Our preferred formats are: .cdr, .eps, .ai and .tiff (a bitmap based image)
Q: Why do you prefer specific art formats?
A: The above formats use vectors. Vector graphics are a resolution-independent, scalable format composed of individual objects made up of mathematical calculations. Vector images can be resized easily without loss of quality making them an ideal format for initial design of logos and illustrations that are to be used at multiple sizes. The .tiff format produces a large file but with no loss of quality in the image.
Q: Why do you prefer not to use the .jpg or .jpeg formats?
A: The .jpg, .jpeg and .gif formats are primarily used for screen display and for display on the Web. The resolution is usually not of a quality that retains quality when resized.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: At this time we will contact you to arrange payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as cash and checks. For most orders we ask for a 50% deposit with the balance due on delivery.
